ArenaNet reported to transfer the date of the release of the next major expansion for MMORPG Guild Wars 2 called End of Dragons. It was originally planned to release it at the end of 2021, but now the release is scheduled for early 2022.
The reason for the transfer, as it is easy to guess, the authors call the coronavirus pandemic, due to which the process of creating a new content slowed down. According to representatives of the studio, they need more time to realize the conceived.
On July 27, a live broadcast dedicated to Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons will be held. The developers promise to show a new trailer, as well as share new details about expanding, beta-events, plot, characters and many other things.
