The next part of Assassin’s Creed is going live in 2020, and as sources related to the game say it will have a Norse setting.
Kotaku reveals that the forthcoming game, known as Kingdom so far, is about Vikings. The market quotes two different sources that are related to the title.
A few days before, the poster illustrating a Norse god dressed in red and white, was detected by players during the playing. Red and White are the colours we used to associate with the Assassin’s Creed series. As finders of the portrait mentioned, he was holding an Apple of Eden artifact from the games.
The finding made players assume that setting is going to be steering towards vikings, rather than how it was rumoured towards Rome.
The discoverer of the Easter egg, which you can see below, is a wiki user AlifMorrisonudin.
Ubisoft refuses to give us more hints about this portrait, but it’s normal as it teases us stirring up the curiosity.
These are all the details for now, but if Kotaku’s sources are exact, viking raids will be in the series’ upcoming future.
