After the massive boost in popularity after Devil May Cry V’s launch, Capcom decided to give Nintendo Switch fans the chance to experience the beginning of it all. Announced in May, the original Devil May Cry will be released for Nintendo Switch on June 25.
What To Expect
While it’s not your complete Devil May Cry HD Collection which launched on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in late-winter 2018, a minimum of Dante will arrive in some capacity.
When it was introduced for Switch, Capcom mentioned it had nothing additional so as to add concerning further installments. Hopefully, DmC does nicely sufficient to warrant a launch for Devil May Cry 2 and three. Everyone wants some additional Dante of their life.
If you’re interested you can already preorder the game for $19.99 on the eShop. Just make sure you have 9.2 gigabytes of free space on your console. However, players looking to buy a physical version of Devil May Cry for Nintendo Switch are out of luck. As previously reported, the game is currently only an eShop exclusive.
The June 25 launch date applies to each Europe and North America.
