Wild Appalachia Update for Fallout 76

With the next Wild Appalachia update is made for Fallout 76, players will have a new line of missions named Lying Lowe where they will go for a clues’ search. Lying Lowe is “an all-new questline that’s shrouded in mystery, deception, and rumors of a ferocious cryptid roaming the Wasteland”. Players are required to read a series of posters and untwine their meaning if they want to get to “Sheepsquatch”, the “fabled wooly terror of West Virginia”.

Get to work and start your career as a Wasteland superb detective. You should find and read all these posters in Lewisburg or at train stations around Appalachia. To solve this riddle, you’ll need to be after every lead, which are scrapping together, find the key to puzzles, and separate monsters from myths as you explore who or what may still be lurking around Appalachia waiting for its next victim. . .

The Patch 8 includes:

  • the ability to rename gear for easier customization (viewable only to the player)
  • a vendor from each faction in Whitespring Resort to reduce the need to fast travel the entire Wasteland
  • turret damage adjustments

Patch 8 should arrive later this month.

The full update preview is available on the Fallout 76 / Bethesda site.
