So, for Cyberpunk 2077, the new patch 1.1, which now works on PCs, consoles and stadiums, brings a lot of fairly high-quality improvements.
This patch was mentioned last week when CDPR co-founder Marcin Iwinski posted a video with an apology and an explanation of the way to move the game forward. He noted that the first major patch (this one) will be released within 10 days of his video. The second patch should appear sometime in February
Well, the patch contains general stability improvements, including:
- Memory usage improvements on various systems within the game:.
- Various crash fixes.
- It also contains fixes specific to PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Stadia, respectively.
Also, the patch brings fixes for the open world and quests, and in addition to the UI fixes. The game was broken on the latest generation consoles. And to that end, a few console-specific fixes.
For the PlayStation video game console:
- Optimize crowd performance on PlayStation 4 Pro and PlayStation 5.
- Various crash fixes on PlayStation 4. Xbox
Also, improved memory usage for character creation, scanning, mirrors, and remote camera control.
