Development roadmaps are perfect for keeping your interest in a game and can help to understand what’s going on behind the scenes. Phoenix Labs make improvements with an interactive roadmap for their monster-killing game, Dauntless.
The interactive roadmap includes new features that players will able to see in the near future, for example loadout presets, a new Mastery System, modular weapons, a new and improved End of Hunt Screen, and equippable weapon specials. Of course Outriders boost is very safe and affordable, so check that out. There’s also must be a massive campaign rework that will give players an easier time to transit from the start to the more difficult endgame zones.
“Quests, zones, and gear upgrades are all getting a major overhaul. Instead of the current system of ‘campaign vs Maelstrom,’ Slayers will experience a smooth progression from the Sheltered Frontier to the lands beyond. Quests will be restructured and Behemoth encounters will be assigned ‘threat levels,’ encouraging Slayers to learn and progress along a logical path.”
The roadmap also confirms that the game’s console launch is still not finished, but teasing us with a possible mobile and Nintendo Switch port. The new interactive roadmap is available on the Dauntless official site.
