Diablo 3 has evolved through the years into another Blizzard success. If someone looks back he can recall. At the beginning it wasn’t really loved by everyone. The biggest criticism it got from players was about being too bright and colorful compared to the previous series.
At the beginning, Diablo 3 was nothing like it ended up. In the early stages of development it looked a lot like Diablo 2. According Oscar Cuesta they were using models with map colors and low polygon. Cuesta can not say if it would be better. But he is sure it would fit better everyone’s expectations.
Diablo 3 is going strong but we already know that Diablo 4 is under construction. What was already announced is that the colors are coming back to what players remember them.
Unfortunately for the fans, Diablo 4 still doesn’t have a release date. According to Luis Barigga at BlizzCon 2019, it’s not coming any soon.
