Cyberpunk 2077: Leak about the free DLCs

CD Projekt Red had already confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 will receive individual mini-DLCs – as with The Witcher 3. However, the developers have not yet received any specific information on the planned content. The Reddit user “Saint-Pirate” wants to shed some light in the dark. He rummaged through the game files of the action role-playing game and found possible clues about upcoming expansions.

In addition to new updates and hotfixes, CD Projekt Red is also working on the first enhancements for Cyberpunk 2077. In addition to free mini-DLCs, larger add-ons are also planned to expand the action-RPG game world. The developers have only recorded in a current roadmap that the first free DLCs should appear in the second half of 2021 for Cyberpunk 2077 – even before the release of the technically revamped next-gen upgrade for PS5 and Xbox Series X. However the developers have not yet revealed any content in the DLCs.

The Reddit user “Saint-Pirate” now wants to shed some light on the darkness and has extensively analyzed the current game files from Cyberpunk 2077  – and, according to the information, came across clues about possible extensions. The upcoming mini-DLCs could therefore, among other things, play weapon packs, new customization options and additional quests. In addition to new types of opponents, a New Game Plus mode is apparently also planned.

In addition, the Reddit user wants to have found information about possible extensions that are submitted as paid expansions. One of the first expansions could add to the Pacifica area of ​​Night City. In addition, a new combat zone could be added. It remains to be seen whether the information will be confirmed. CDPR has not yet confirmed the information. Cyberpunk 2077 is available for PC, consoles and Stadia.
