Capcom’s card game TEPPEN is now available for smartphones in North America and Europe

Capcom Co., Ltd. (Capcom) has announced that TEPPEN, a mobile title jointly-developed with GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc. (GungHo), was released for smartphones on July 4 in North America and Europe (local times). TEPPEN is also set for release in Japan and Asia later.

The gameplay feels quicker than games like Hearthstone and Magic: The Gathering as it gives you less time to make decisions. Characters are voiced and have unique ability and attributes. Ryu can do seven damage to a select card, while Chun-Li can provide extra shields.

You can play the solo story mode to unlock eight Heroes, all of who are major characters from Capcom titles.

Here are the list of playable characters and series they are from:

  • Monster Hunter: Rathalos, Nergigante
  • Mega Man X: X
  • Darkstalkers: Morrigan Aensland
  • Devil May Cry: Dante
  • Resident Evil: Albert Wesker

The developers have promised that there will be more of them added to the game later.
