After a few teasing tweets from Gearbox, we finally saw the first Borderland 3 trailer at PAX East. The video features new characters, environments, and guns. Also developers has set the release date, and some Borderland 3 changes have reached to us, that you can read below.
A Bunch Of Features We Knew
Borderlands 3 will include 4-player co-op. Also Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford mentioned that the developer has “a very keen interest in cross-platform play.” However it’s not fully decided yet, “cross-play is something we’re looking at closely, but we don’t have anything to confirm or announce at this time,” explained 2K after.
Your loot won’t be stolen anymore, since you’re the only one who will be able to pick it. However you always can switch to Borderlands 2 style and compete for your drop.
If you and your friends have different levels, you still can team up. That feature also can be switched off.
The game will go live September 13 this fall on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Probably more information will be revealed this summer.
