The trailer of a new game by Bethesda has been announced at E3, the game called Ghostwire: Tokyo now is in development in studio. The reveal trailer shows off people disappearing in Tokyo, as well as a potential protagonist with a bow and some otherworldly powers.
“After strange disappearances hit Tokyo’s population, it’s up to you to uncover the source and purge the city of a strange, new evil. Armed with your own mysterious spectral abilities, you will face down the occult, unravel conspiracy theories and experience urban legends like never before. Don’t fear the unknown. Attack it.”
It’s hard to say about the Ghostwire: Tokyo anything yet, since E3 is not about gameplay talking, but showing brand-new trailers of the upcoming games. What we know for sure, this time it’s not a survival horror. As the creative director Ikumi Nakamura said, they are making “a new kind of action-adventure game”, that will feature some paranormal threats and as a player you must explore Tokyo and battle evil spirits.
