Black Desert Online’s new Shai class is available to pre-create starting on June 19th

The release date for Shai was set on June 26^th. Shai is a Black Desert Online’s 18th class and the first character that focuses on support abilities and life skills. Starting on June 19^th players can pre-create their Shai to get ready for the official launch week later.

“Shai has a taste for all things tricky,” Pearl Abyss says. “Shai throws a powerful Florang, a boomerang-like weapon that hits enemies and always finds its way back to her. For her offhand, she has the mystical Vitclari, a small glowing orb that helps to heal and protect her allies.”

The reason, why the Shai looks so young, was also explained.

“Shais do not age like humans. They age considerably slower than humans of the world, and even Valentine, the oldest of the Shais, still looks like he is in his early 20’s even though he is 110 years old by the Elion Calendar! And as the years passed like a leaf floating down the river, the young Shai reached 15 by the Elion Calendar. This is a special age for Shais and marks the first test of becoming an adult.”

All the trial account holders can earn a free copy of Black Desert Online if they reach level 50 and will log into the game at least seven trial days that started yesterday and end on the 3rd of July. In addition, players that pre-create their Shai this week will receive special gifts. Each player that has pre-created Shai will be awarded an exclusive accessory and in-game title, as well as several convenient items that will help players to begin their adventure.
